Industry Best Practice
Construction is recognised as one of the most dangerous industries to work in within the UK.
Over the last 5 years there has been an average of 36 fatalities to construction workers, with up to 54,000 non-fatal injuries reported each year. Excavations are perceived as being particularly hazardous within the Construction site.
MGF are committed to improving both excavation and structural safety and creating safe working environments for our customers and in the communities in which we operate. We are fully aware of our obligations under the CDM Regulations:2015 and take a pro-active approach to developing and promoting industry best practice through experience, research, innovation and training.
