Manufacturing
MGF design, develop, and manufacture our core range of shoring equipment in-house, providing in-depth product knowledge and flexibility to meet demand. Our fully qualified team of experienced welders and fabricators work in collaboration with our internal engineering department to ensure our robust products are manufactured and inspected to the highest quality.
Although MGF’s equipment is predominantly ‘Temporary Works’, MGF took the pre-emptive decision to gain certification up to Execution Class 3 for its Factory Production Control (FPC) System in compliance with BS EN 1090 to meet the changing and future needs of our customers.
Bespoke Manufacture
We have the ability to undertake bespoke manufacture to meet customer requirements which provides the flexibility that unusual and complex schemes often demand.
Combining bespoke and standard modular components often provides the most cost effective and flexible solutions for our customers.
Through strict adherence to quality procedures for product development and manufacturing, MGF can provide bespoke products ranging from straightforward items such as shear stops and infill panels, to more complicated and unusual items such as vertical restraint brackets, made to measure articulated beams and specialised connection details.
This capability also enables MGF to respond at very short notice to our customer’s requirements minimising the potential for costly delays. See some of our past Major Projects.
