Technical Support
At MGF we pride ourselves on providing customers with excellent customer service throughout their journey with us. In support of the hire and sale of our equipment, we have a highly experienced and knowledgeable Technical Sales team who are available to offer customers support, practical advice on schemes and technical guidance for our products.
Our team also provide assistance in the production of design briefs, ensuring that we provide temporary works design solutions that balance practicability and safety.
Site Visits
To ensure customers receive appropriate assistance with their projects, our Technical Sales and Regional Engineers are available to visit site to provide support and guidance where necessary. This support is provided in various forms including comprehensive literature on all MGF products both in hard copy format and online, training to customers in the form of tool box talks and product demonstrations (as appropriate) and site visits with installation quality checks upon request. All customer facing MGF employees are trained as CITB accredited Temporary Works Co-ordinators, ensuring a required level of knowledge for those involved in planning, management, and organisation of temporary works.

Aftercare
Along with the efficient delivery and collection of our equipment from site, we offer various aftercare to our customers. We believe that our relationship with the customer does not end at purchase, but rather begins and continues throughout a project.
At MGF we provide continuous aftercare by being available to support and assist customers when needed. This includes connecting with customers after a job is done, offering technical advice on products, installation guidance and regular communication.
We also have dedicated fitters to assist customers who have hired or purchased one of our EMV Piling Hammer’s. Our support service is available nationwide, with our growing team of fitters on hand to help our customers with their project needs.
