An opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to join the team at our Stanton, East Anglia depot. Reporting to the Depot Operations Manager, you will be required to provide an efficient and effective general administration service to the depot.
- Answering calls
- Assisting with management of SHEQ system
- Preparing monthly purchase invoices for sign off
- Preparing month end reports
- Assisting the Hire desk with daily delivery/collection paperwork
- Processing holiday requests
- Supporting the Depot team in preparation for meetings and events
