Depot Administrator

East Anglia - Stanton Depot, Unit 5, O'Brien Industrial Estate, IP31 2AR

An opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to join the team at our Stanton, East Anglia depot. Reporting to the Depot Operations Manager, you will be required to provide an efficient and effective general administration service to the depot.


  • Answering calls
  • Scanning
  • Filing
  • Assisting with management of SHEQ system
  • Preparing monthly purchase invoices for sign off
  • Preparing month end reports
  • Assisting the Hire desk with daily delivery/collection paperwork
  • Processing holiday requests
  • Supporting the Depot team in preparation for meetings and events

Core Requirements

  • Experience of working in a busy office environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels
  • Motivated self-starter with good administration and organisational skills
  • Good IT skills with a good telephone manner
  • Willingness to learn and take up new challenges
