Hire Desk Administrator
MGF are currently seeking to recruit a Hire Desk Administrator to join the Hire Desk team at our Exeter Depot.
As a Hire Desk Administrator, your main responsibility will be to provide an efficient and effective general administrative service to the Hire Desk.
Salary
Salary: £22,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
Responsibilities
- Receiving incoming hire enquiries via telephone and email
- Liaising with customers and our Technical Sales Team
- Producing hire quotations on our CRM system
- Preparing contracts, from quote through to on-hire stage
- Receiving and processing incoming off-hire requests
- Scheduling transport for both deliveries and collections
- Processing of off-hire paperwork through to damage negotiations where applicable
- Daily preparation of driver’s paperwork
- Liaise with other depots to source kit when necessary
Core Requirements
- Educated to ‘A’ Level standard or equivalent
- A professional manner with good communication and people skills,
- PC literate with experience of Microsoft Systems,
- Ability to prioritise workload and work to tight deadlines,
- Local area knowledge for the depot areas served,
- Motivated self-starter with good administration, time management and organisation skills.
