National Sales Manager - Capital Sales
As part of our continued growth and expansion, an exciting opportunity has arisen to further develop and drive our Capital Sales division of the business, as the National Sales Manager.
Established in 1981, MGF is a market leader in the design, manufacture, hire and sale of temporary works equipment for the civil engineering, utilities and construction industry. Employing over 400 staff, we currently operate nationally from 14 locations. We manufacture our own equipment, operate our own transport fleet and importantly have an in-house engineering team who produce design solutions to meet customers’ requirements. Working jointly across functions and departments we have an established reputation of providing total service to our customers.
We are now looking for a National Sales Manager to lead the Capital Sales division of the business.
Focussing on the improvement in profitable Hire (Internationally) and Sales (United Kingdom) activity, you will build market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and securing business relationships. Using your networking experience and knowledge of the construction industry, the National Sales Manager will generate new business opportunities from both existing and new accounts in order to achieve budgeted levels of revenue in a profitable and professional manner.
With strong account management skills, you will build sustainable long term relationships with customers by offering market leading products and solutions, working with the team to ensure that customer service levels and performance standards are met.
You will be responsible for all aspects of the division, in all locations, including Profit and Loss, in order to establish MGF as a recognised centre for the Capital Sales (United Kingdom) and Hire (Internationally) of shoring equipment.
