Dean recently joined the Yorkshire sales team at the end of 2022, after working 18 years in the formwork supply industry, where he worked his way up from administration assistant, to a valued member of the sales team.
His role, day-to-day, as part of MGF’s sales team based in Castleford, involves being out visiting sites, delivering the right solutions to new and existing customers and building relationships with them.
Dean finds the more complicated projects the most interesting to work on, seeing how his role has played a part in the result. However, he finds the smaller projects just as rewarding, knowing he has helped resolve a problem that his customer had.
