MGF add two NEW products to our Lifting and Safety range!

Introducing two NEW products into the fleet! Designed and manufactured in-house, our T33 Lifting Tray and F55 Spreader Frame will join our expanding range of Lifting and Safety products.

T33 Lifting Tray

This new product has been designed specifically to safely lift excavators or heavy machinery, up to a maximum weight of 33t, in and out of excavations and shafts. This makes them ideal for major projects or any projects that require a crane to handle an excavator.

The T33 Lifting Tray is fully compatible with our F55 Spreader Frame but can also be used with our S80 Spreader Beam.

Manufactured to Execution Class 3, the T33 Lifting Tray is capable of a maximum Working Load Limit of 33t. The tray features hydraulically adjustable telescopic arms which extend via adjustment of the pumping handle integrated into the side of the unit and two removeable ramps. The Lifting Tray is 5.5m long (including ramps) with widths from 2.88m to 3.88m. The maximum fully assembled weight of the tray is 3950kg, this reduces to 2630kg when the ramps are removed.

In all, this is a highly effective safety solution which improves safety onsite when handling heavy machinery and excavators.


F55 Spreader Frame

The F55 Spreader Frame is a new modular product that utilises extension pieces which are also used with our S80 Spreader Beam system.

Consisting of 4 legs joined together by a corner attachment, the frame is designed to lift heavy items preventing them from being damaged or crushed, making it ideal for lifting large, heavy objects such as shipping containers.

Capable of a maximum working load limit of 55t, this product can be built up in square or rectangular configurations from 1m to 10m. As a modular system, it can be easily built up to the correct length in increments as small as 0.25m.

A robust design with simple bolted connections, the F55 Spreader Frame is ideal for use with MGF’s T33 Lifting Tray.
