Laying the Groundworks for a Successful Future: Introducing MGF’s Senior Leadership Team!

MGF are pleased to announce our new Senior Leadership Team (SLT), who will be responsible for implementing MGF’s business strategy, as well as leading the various business units on a day-to-day basis.

As a business, we have made excellent progress to achieve our successful, growth-orientated, and sustainable future.

The development of a new Executive Board and Senior Leadership Team enables MGF to achieve its growth plans and provide a stable platform for future success.

Richard Bate, Finance Director, Senior Leadership team.

Richard Bate – Finance Director
Richard will oversee all finance-related divisions within MGF, including Financial Reporting, Accounts Payable, Credit Control, Company Insurances, Tax and other Financial Compliance.

Peter Dunnion – Sales Director
Pete will be responsible for working with many of our sales and outbound customer-facing teams. Responsible for Regional Sales, Area Sales, Rail/HS2 Sales, National Accounts, Reg Engineering, Major Projects, Marketing and Frameworks & Bid Management, Peter will help increase brand awareness and visibility of MGF.


Chris Whitworth – Business Development Director
As Business Development Director, Chris will take responsibility for the growth of Structural Support, Lifting & Safety, Capital Sales, Exports and managing the Commercial Group.

Stephen Barker – Engineering Director
Stephen will head up Engineering and R&D, including; Project Engineering, Design Team, Technical Support, Product Development, ensuring that MGF’s recognition for industry-leading innovation continues to grow with the business.

Karen Harrison – Company Secretary
Karen will take responsibility for several key internal functions, including Shareholder liaison, Board Governance, Compliance & Advice and Payroll.

Neil Price – Commercial Director
As Commercial Director, Neil will be responsible for ensuring excellent depot operations on a national basis through leading a team of Regional Managers, Operations Managers, Hire Desk, Depot Foremen and Depot Ops.

Neil Pickup – Director of IT & Business Systems
Neil will continue to support all MGF digital systems, including; IT Support, Business Systems, Digital & Web Development and Data Security, helping us all to perform efficient and effective work.

Marc Lord – National Operations Director
Marc will continue to oversee a number of departments to drive business growth and achieve success in each of our depots, including; Central Operations, Workshop, Fleet, SHEQ, Procurement, Infrastructure & Facilities and Ops Procedures.
