Since its launch in early 2020, MGF have continued to invest in our structural support business despite the difficult times we have all endured. Designed and manufactured in-house, UniShore® is established and growing in the market supported by our engineering, operations and sales teams.

Matt Quatrello
Matt covers the North of the UK; he has worked in the construction hire industry for 15 years having worked for 15 years prior as a skilled engineering technician. Matt has extensive experience in all aspects of structural propping across both the building and civil engineering sectors working with engineers and site teams to create safe, cost effective solutions.
Matt joined the team in November 2019 and says: “It’s been great working at MGF to help launch UniShore. I enjoy the diverse nature of schemes we work on, one minute were working on openings and alterations for a refurbishment project and the next were propping and jacking railway bridges. Each one presents an opportunity to be innovative and ensure safety in construction”.

Mark Gent
Covering the Midlands and East Anglia Mark is the newest member of the team having joined in March 2021 bringing over 20 years of experience in providing safe, economic temporary works solutions to customers. Focused on working with contractors and engineers from feasibility to construction stage ensuring that the temporary works is considered throughout to provide the best possible outcomes.
Mark comments: “Coming to MGF to work with a team of people who are extremely focused on giving customers the best possible service with a product that is innovative, solution driven and cost effective is the best motivation I can have. I look forward to helping existing clients, building relationships with new ones and working with those that need help and guidance through the structural support temporary works process.”

Will Komor
Will covers London and the South East having joined MGF in February 2020. Will has worked in the construction sector for 5 years involved initially on concrete and reinforcement before moving across into temporary works market. Will is focused on the busy South East area working with customers of all sizes with varying levels of experience and in house expertise.
Will adds: “Focusing on building relationships with all levels of customers throughout the construction industry is key to growing our business. Working closely with the engineering team to create the best fitting solution to the customers design requirements is where we are at our best”.
