A core concept at our business is constant research and development to discover new and innovative products that offer a solution to our customers’ needs.
To encourage and aid the development of new products and introduction into the hire fleet or modifications of existing products, MGF have set up a Research and Development Working Group comprising of Operations Managers, Mechanical Engineers and the Research and Development Team.
The team has a focus on reviewing product suggestions from a technical, commercial and demand perspective and will determine the need for any ideas within the shoring sector.
To encourage suggestions from around the MGF business, the group has also introduced an incentive scheme and will reward employees if their product successfully enters the MGF hire fleet.
