Our Prop Load Monitoring system is built around Senceive hardware and portal technology, giving you reliable, real-time insight into what’s happening inside your props, without the need for mains power or complex setup.
Each prop is fitted with a load and temperature sensor, which continuously collects data and sends it to a solar-powered gateway. From there, the information is securely uploaded to your custom web portal, where you can view live readings, download reports, and track trends over time.
The portal is designed to reflect your actual site layout, so you can instantly see where each prop is and how it’s performing. You can set alert thresholds for load levels, and when those are reached, the system sends out text and email notifications to the right people, keeping your team informed and your site safe.
