Our Drag Box is a simple to assemble, two-sided mechanical shield system designed for use in trenches up to 5.0m deep and 3.2m wide.

High clearance rear strut to accommodate laid service
Front cutting edge to ease froward movement, along pre-excavated trench
Designed to be installed by the excavator and lower in place technique
‘Hog-back’ struts available for increased clearance

This two-sided trench application is ideal when installing utility pipes in non-urban environments where the ground is self-supporting and ground movement is non-critical.
