What are your opening hours?
Our opening hours are as follows:
Monday to Friday: 7:00am – 5:30pm
Saturday & Sunday: Closed
Bank Holidays: Closed
Please note that there is someone available to contact during out of office hours for emergencies.

MGF provides a range of both tailored and standard temporary works solutions to customers globally. Our nationwide network of depots, teams with decades of experience and understanding of key industry needs makes us the first-choice partner for excavation support, lifting and safety and structural support solutions.
Do you offer technical support for your solutions?
We offer technical support during the hire period to ensure the equipment is used safely and effectively. We believe that our relationship with the customer does not end when you take delivery of our equipment but rather begins and continues throughout a project.
To ensure customers receive appropriate assistance with their projects, our Technical Sales and Regional Engineers are available for site visits to provide support and guidance where necessary.
We also provide Safe Systems of Work for each of our products, helping you install and use our wide range of products safely and efficiently.
Do you provide training on how to use/install the equipment?
Yes, MGF provides comprehensive training and support to ensure safe and effective use of our equipment. This includes:
- On-site guidance from our technical team
- Toolbox talks tailored to your project needs
- Product-specific training sessions
- Instructional materials and manuals, including Safe Systems of Work
Our goal is to help your team operate safely and confidently, whether you’re using trench boxes, hydraulic bracing, or any other MGF solution. For more information or to arrange training, please contact your local depot.
Are MGF products tested for safety compliance?
Yes, all of our products are subject to regular testing and inspection and are maintained to the highest industry standards. We also provide safety training resources and materials to help customers maintain maximum safety on-site.
Do you offer delivery?
MGF operate our own transport fleet, giving us full logistical control and the flexibility to meet customer delivery needs quickly. Our CPC-qualified drivers receive NPORS-accredited Slinger/Signaller training and product awareness training, ensuring proactive loss management, especially during equipment collection. Our customers can also collect products from our Hire Centres at short notice for reactive works. Additionally, we hold FORS Gold level accreditation for our entire fleet.
