In order to ensure these aims are realised, MGF Ltd shall:
• Implement, maintain and periodically review a SHEQ Management System in compliance with the standards to which we subscribe (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018), ensuring its effectiveness through monitoring, measurement, performance analysis and management reviews.
• Ensure that its operations are carried out in compliance with all legislative requirements, codes of practice, guidance and industry best practice.
• Prevent injury and ill health to both employees and others who may be affected by our activities and reduce the environmental impacts of products and operations whilst preventing pollution.
• Continually improve its processes in order to ensure that MGF products, services and business are further enhanced to meet and exceed customer expectations.
• Ensure that measurable objectives are established in order to continually improve performance across Safety, Health, Environment and Quality and are focused upon the needs of the business, customers and employees.
• Actively monitor and measure performance at regular intervals through inspections, internal and external audits and customer and employee feedback.
• Ensure employees at all levels have the appropriate levels of training, knowledge and awareness in order to ensure their suitability and competency.
• Provide the necessary financial resources, infrastructure and dedicated personnel to provide competent advice across the business and ensure that the SHEQ Management System is effectively maintained and improved.
• Develop and promote a fair and just culture and demonstrate a commitment to continual improvement.
• Communicate and consult with all key stakeholders on Safety, Health, Environment and Quality matters.
This policy applies to all MGF operations and premises. It is the responsibility of the Board of the Directors to ensure this policy is implemented and understood. All employees have a responsibility in their area to ensure compliance with this policy and their individual responsibilities as further defined in the SHEQ Management System. This policy will be monitored and reviewed periodically and updated as required to ensure its continued suitability.
