Walers and Struts

Our Walers and Struts are a simple to assemble two-sided, hydraulic bracing system designed for use with steel trench sheets to horizontally brace small trenches for the safe installation of utilities. The complete system can support trench widths of 0.6m to 3.8m and is normally installed using an excavator.

Allows for the safe installation and repair of utilities
Compatible with endsafe struts
Designed to be installed using the excavate and lower in place technique

There are 4 different waler designs, Utility Walers, Medium Duty Steel Walers, Heavy Duty Steel Walers and Aluminium Walers. Utility Walers are manufactured out of thin gauge, high grade S700 steel, providing a market leading strength to weight ratio.
